Referrer cannot refer existing customer(s) of Pride Purple Group.
A referrer cannot refer customer(s) who, in the last one months:
Made inquiries with Pride Purple Group (in any form, including site visits).
Is/are already registered with Pride Purple Group as a ‘Direct/Walk-in Customer.’
Has/have come through any of Pride Purple Group’s Channel Partners or any other source.
The assignment of Referral Rewards and the determination of eligibility for ‘Referrer’ and ‘Referred’ are at the sole discretion of PFMS.
This discretion shall not be challenged or contested by the Referrer and/or the Referred at any point in time.
If a referral is submitted by different Referrers, the first received referral will be eligible for the Reward (subject to other applicable terms herein), and any dispute by other Referrers will not be considered.
Referrals will remain valid for one month from the date a person/party is ‘Referred,’ unless the referred person/party makes a booking payment to Pride Purple Group within this one-month period.
By agreeing to our terms and conditions, both the Referrer and the Referred affirm that they have the authority to disclose the name and details of the person or business to Pride Purple Group.
This Referral Reward Program cannot be clubbed with any other offer /scheme, whether run by Pride Purple Group or otherwise.
The terms and conditions of this program may be modified at any time. PFMS reserves the right to terminate this program at its discretion.
By referring the customer has provided the consent to receive messages, emails, and any other form of communication from PFMS and/or Pride Purple Group.
